I’m a Pilates teacher with over 13 years experience offering thoughtful classes in East London.

I’m mostly teaching 1:1 at the moment. Wednesday and Thursday I’m doing home visits in Hackney.

Fridays I teach 1:1 on the reformer at Fix in Stratford.

As of April 8th I’ll be starting an online public class. Mondays at 6.30pm - all levels welcome.
